Senator Meyer, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                                                 
adoption of the Rules Senate Committee Substitute offered on                                                                    
page 2854. Without objection, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE                                                                        
CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 19(RLS) Urging Governor Bill                                                                          
Walker to recognize the urgent need for language revitalization efforts,
